In May 1972, a small group of people banded together to form the Free State Corvette Club (FSCC),
an organization serving their common interest in the Chevrolet Corvette.
Today, FSCC has over 100 members, coming from all walks of life and all over the State of Maryland.
Our members range from owners of models in "mint" pristine to Vettes with lots of "experience", driven everyday.
Today, the FSCC is composed of a group of serious Corvette enthusiasts, who enjoy their cars and the company of like-minded people.
Most often, you can find our club cruising together to a restaurant or place of interest, and sharing a laugh or two.
For those who like the social scene, we offer a full schedule of events all year long.
In addition to our competitive events, we host day trips, cruises, Fourth of July party, a Holiday/Christmas party,
and of course, our annual Ocean City Corvette weekend.
If competition is what you want then you have come to the right place!
Our competitive events are for the serious-minded, the fun loving and for the beginner.
The FSCC sponsors and attends various rallies, autocrosses, concours, and more.
Trophies and points are awarded for most events.
Whether you have a race prepared car, a show car, or a beloved vehicle that serves you every day,
there are plenty of activities for everyone.
For many years FSCC has been a part of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC).
The NCCC consists of local clubs throughout the United States with a total membership of more than 12,000.
The NCCC sponsors a wide variety of events.
Like other NCCC members, the Free State Corvette Club is an active supporter of good causes.
A portion of the proceeds are donated to Spina Bifida and other area charities.
