HISTORY
In May of 1969, a small group of people got together to form the Free State Corvette Club, an organization that would serve their common interests, the CHEVROLET CORVETTE. Today FSCC has about 200 members. We come from all walks of life, and towns all over Maryland and West Virginia. Our members’ cars range from all model years, from the mint, pristine condition to Vettes driven everyday with lots of “experience”.
WHO WE ARE
We are a group of serious Corvette enthusiasts who enjoy our cars and the company of like-minded people. Most often, you can find our Club cruising on a Sunday afternoon, going to places of interest, and then sharing a laugh or two over dinner at a nice restaurant and then heading off to our respective homes.
AFFILIATION
For many years we have been a part of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC) in the Eastern Region. The NCCC consists of over 270 local clubs with a total membership of 17,500+. The NCCC sponsors a wide variety of events and is also an active supporter of Spina Bifida research. Spina Bifida, a congenital condition, is the number one birth defect of new born infants. It is also our main charity.
